I hate you Tyra, I love you Tyra
So if anyone doesn’t already know, I have a slight obsession with two reality*-based shows: Project Runway, and America’s Next Top Model.
So I declared a jihad on Tyra Banks when they kicked Mollie Sue off the show. She was my favorite, and I have a big problem with the ‘no personality’ line. She totally seemed like the kind of person who I’d want for a friend. Plus, her photos had an awesome androgyny that I like.
Anyway, this last week Tyra has reclaimed my love by having this picture of Joanie, my new favorite. It’s maybe one of the best photos they’ve ever had on the show, in terms of fun. Thanks, Joanie! Do well!
* I use ‘reality’ loosely here. I don’t find either show really indicative of reality. Then again, I’m not a model or a fashion designer.

SO I am glad that I am not the only intelligent person addicted to this show. I also agree with the Mollie Sue thing She was totally robbed, in modeling good pictures should speak louder than “personality” Especially since I would rather work with a nice person than a self absorbed wench. So since I have no blog I had to use yours to vent my true ANTM feelings!!!!

Although I was addicted to Project Runway, I don’t watch ANTM. I guess if I saw the set-up for the shoot I’d understand better, but that picture’s crazy! At least it’s got “personality.”
